COFFEE

First, come grab a hot cup of Coffee and a snack.

We know… first things first.

FELLOWSHIP and KIDS CHECK-IN

As you come in, you will be greeted at the door by a person with an orange lanyard.

We hope you will make new friends and reconnect with old ones. Even if you have never been to church before, we want Redemption Story to feel like home for you.

If you have kids, though they will join us for the first part of our worship service, we invite you to check them in at the RS Kids station before service begins. We utilize an app called Church Center! We can show you when you arrive.

A CALL to WORSHIP

At 10am, gather with us for a time of combined worship through reflection, singing, and praise.

In this time, you will be guided through a call to worship, a time of confession, a word of assurance, and songs of praise.

During the passing of the peace (greeting your neighbor), we will transition our kids to their classrooms. The students (5th grade and up) stay in the service with us, but we have programs for them outside of Sunday Mornings.

HEAR the WORD

In each of our services, someone will read aloud from Scripture and a Pastor will exegetically preach a gospel-centered message (this means we let the Word of God guide the message, through the work of the Spirit, finding it’s point and application in Jesus Christ).

There will also be a time of Pastoral Prayer over the needs of our church, our community, and the world.

RESPOND in WORSHIP

After the preaching, we will sing a song of response.

On the first of the month, it is our practice for our believers to confess again their trust in the gospel with their mouths and hands through Creeds, Confessions, and Communion.

There will also be a call to action through announcements and giving.

SENT as those EQUIPPED

At the end of our gatherings, the congregation is sent with a blessing from God through the benediction.

FELLOWSHIP and LINGER

After service, before we pack up, we invite you to refill your coffee, make connections, sign up for events, and linger in the lobby for fellowship.

If you are hungry for lunch, we invite you to head to the next room over for a burger and a drink at the OCSC Bar and Grill!
